ツール・ド・ふくしま2026、災害時等の対応について

青森県で震度５強を観測した2026年4月20日の地震では、福島県内沿岸10市町村に津波注意報が発令されました。ツール・ド・ふくしま開催中、もしくはその直前に同様の災害が発生する可能性は否定できず、さらに沿岸部でツキノワグマも目撃されています。災害や熊出没時の主催者としての対応を選手の皆さまにお願いしたいことをまとめました。ご了承のほどよろしくお願い致します。　　　　　　　　　　　福島民報社

 

【災害時】
①個人タイムトライアル、グランフォンドレース、サイクリングとも海岸沿いを走行中、福島県に津波注意報、津波警報、大津波警報が発令された場合、即時大会を中止します。大会車両は参加者に高い場所への避難を呼びかけながら、内陸に移動します。参加者は各市町村の防災無線などに気を配り、ただちに避難してください。
②後発地震注意報が発令中の場合、大会を開催しますが、万が一、①の事態が発生した場合、大会を中止します。
③大会開催中に地震が発生した場合、コース上の市町村の災害対応が発生した場合、大会を中止します。
④このほかの災害でもコース状況など参加者の安全走行が確認できない場合、大会を中止します。

 

【熊出没時】
①大会開催中、参加者が向かう先のコース上、コース沿線にツキノワグマの出没を自治体、警察が確認した場合、大会を中止します。参加者通過後にコース上、コース沿線
でツキノワグマの出没が確認された場合は大会を続行します。
②大会当日以前にコース上、コース沿線でツキノワグマが確認されている場合は、先導車などで安全を確認しながら大会を開催します。

※上記のケースで大会を中止した場合、参加料の返金はありません。

 

 

 

Tour de Fukushima 2026 – Response to Disasters and Bear Sightings
During the earthquake on April 20, 2026, in which seismic intensity 5-lower was observed in Aomori Prefecture, tsunami advisories were issued for ten coastal municipalities in Fukushima Prefecture. It is impossible to rule out the possibility of a similar disaster occurring during or immediately before the Tour de Fukushima. In addition, Asian black bears have been sighted in coastal areas.
We ask all participants to understand the following policies regarding the organizer’s response in the event of disasters or bear sightings.

[In the Event of a Disaster]
1. If a Tsunami Advisory, Tsunami Warning, or Major Tsunami Warning is issued for Fukushima Prefecture while participants are riding along the coast during the Individual Time Trial, Gran Fondo, or Cycling events, the event will be canceled immediately. Event vehicles will instruct participants to evacuate to higher ground while moving inland. Participants are requested to pay close attention to municipal disaster-prevention broadcasts and evacuate immediately.
2. If a Nankai Trough Earthquake Extra Information (Advisory) is in effect, the event will proceed as scheduled. However, should any situation described in Item 1 occur, the event will be canceled.
3. If an earthquake occurs during the event and disaster-response measures are implemented by municipalities along the course, the event will be canceled.
4. In the event of any other disaster where participant safety or course conditions cannot be confirmed, the event will be canceled.

 

[In the Event of Bear Sightings]
1. If local authorities or police confirm the presence of an Asian black bear on or near the course ahead of approaching participants during the event, the event will be canceled. However, if a bear is sighted on or near the course only after participants have already passed through the area, the event will continue.
2. If an Asian black bear has been sighted on or near the course before the day of the event, the event will proceed while lead vehicles and staff confirm safety conditions.

 

If the event is canceled under any of the above circumstances, participation fees will not be refunded.
