ツール・ド・ふくしま2026 は、近年の国内の市民ロードレースとして類を見ない1500名の選手を集めて開催します。
安全第一でレースの設計を進める中で、今大会のスタート方式について確定しましたので、お知らせします。
 

グランフォンドふくしま140は5グループ

エイジ別に5グループに分けてレースを実施。
エイジ別に整列し、グループ毎に数分の時差をつけてスタートを切ります。
およそ1.5kmのパレード走行（昨年同様の地点を想定）のち、各グループ毎でリアルスタートします。
エントリーの少ないエイジについては、複数エイジをひとつのグループにして実施します。
 
また、スタート時刻は当初予定していた6:00から5:45に変更します。
なお、各関門の通過時刻（関門時刻）は昨年同様のため、全てのクラスで関門制限の厳しさは昨年同様、またはより緩和しています。
 

メディオフォンドふくしま80は6グループ

エイジ別に6グループに分けてレースを実施。
エイジ別に整列し、グループ毎に数分の時差をつけてスタートを切ります。
およそ500mのパレード走行（昨年より手前）のち、各グループ毎でリアルスタートします。
エントリーの少ないエイジについては、複数エイジをひとつのグループにして実施します。
 
また、スタート時刻はグランフォンド140が通過後にスタートするため、当初予定していた7:20ごろから7:05ごろに変更します。
スタート時刻は、当日のグランフォンド140のレーススピードにより多少前後する可能性があります。
 
なお、各関門の通過時刻（関門時刻）は昨年同様のため、全てのクラスで関門制限の厳しさは昨年同様、またはより緩和しています。
 
今後、140/80ともに、より詳細なエイジ別のスタート時刻、出走予定人数をお知らせする予定です。
 

エイジ別での平等な競技設計と特別表彰の詳細

タイム計測は、パレード区間のタイムも含めて実施します。
UCI Gran Fondoの基本設計であるエイジ毎での平等な競技運営を基本としています。
 
他方、今大会では、UCI Gran Fondoのエイジ別の表彰とは別に、独自の特別表彰を設けています。
主催者賞（グランフォンドふくしま140の全選手のトップタイム選手）、復興大臣賞（メディオフォンドふくしま80の全男子のトップタイム選手）、福島県知事賞（メディオフォンドふくしま80の女子のトップタイム選手）の３つの賞については、パレード区間のタイムも含めたタイムにて決定します。
なお、上記の特別表彰の他に、経済産業大臣賞（グランフォンドふくしま140を対象とした敢闘賞）も設けています。

 
 
 
The Tour de Fukushima 2026 will attract an unprecedented 1500 participants for a domestic amateur road race in recent years.

With safety as our top priority, we have finalized the starting procedure for this year’s race and would like to inform you of it.

The Gran Fondo Fukushima 140 will be divided into 5 groups.

The race will be conducted in 5 groups, divided by age group.

Participants will line up by age group, and each group will start with a few minutes’ time difference.

After a parade lap of approximately 1.5 km (expected to be at the same location as last year), each group will start in real time.

For age groups with few entries, multiple age groups will be combined into one group.

Also, the start time has been changed from the originally planned 6:00 to 5:45.

The checkpoint passing times (cutoff times) will be the same as last year, so the strictness of the checkpoint restrictions will be the same as last year, or even more relaxed, for all classes.
 
 

The Mediofondo Fukushima 80 will be held in 6 groups.

The race will be divided into 6 age groups.

Participants will line up by age group, and each group will start with a few minutes’ time difference.

After a parade lap of approximately 500m (closer than last year), each group will start individually.

For age groups with few entries, multiple age groups will be combined into one group.

Also, the start time will be changed from the originally planned 7:20 AM to approximately 7:05 AM, as it will start after the Granfondo 140 has passed.

The start time may vary slightly depending on the race speed of the Granfondo 140 on the day.

The checkpoint times (cutoff times) are the same as last year, so the strictness of the checkpoint restrictions for all classes will be the same as last year, or even more relaxed.

More detailed age-group start times and expected number of participants for both the 140 and 80 classes will be announced in the future.
 
 

Equal Competition Design by Age Group and Details of Special Awards

Timekeeping will include the time taken during the parade section.

The competition is based on the UCI Gran Fondo’s fundamental design of equal competition across age groups.

However, in addition to the UCI Gran Fondo’s age-group awards, this event will feature its own special awards.

The three awards—the Organizer’s Award (for the top timed participant in Gran Fondo Fukushima 140), the Minister of Reconstruction Award (for the top timed male participant in Mediofondo Fukushima 80), and the Fukushima Prefectural Governor’s Award (for the top timed female participant in Mediofondo Fukushima 80)—will be determined based on times including the parade section.

In addition to the above special awards, there is also the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award (a special achievement award for Gran Fondo Fukushima 140 participants).
